It is well known how the chairman of the legislative council was praised and supported by the farmers of Amaravati and other protestors who have been opposing the three capitals bill. All this happened just after MA Sharif had decided to refer the two most controversial bills CRDA and DIDR to the select committee by using his special and extraordinary powers quoted under rule 154.
Even earlier, TDP used rule 71 and tried to halt the three capitals bill in the legislative council. After this success, as the TDP was celebrating and relaxing, Chief Minister of AP, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy who is keen on implementing the three capitals idea has met the YSRCP Rajya sabha leader, Vijay Sai Reddy to discuss the other possibilities to implement this bill soon.
According to trusted sources, Jagan seems to have decided to bring in an ordinance on this bill. However, TDP leader Yanamala has already started to oppose this saying that it is impossible to do so, as the legislative council has referred this to select committee and not even joint select committee. Even the supreme court might not accept this according to Yanamala.
