In connection with the disappropriate assets case, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Jagan recently appeared before the CBI special court with high security. After becoming Chief Minister, it is for the first time that Jagan had to appear before the CBI court. YSRCP Rajya Sabha member, V. Vijayasai Reddy who happens to be the A2 in this case, accompanied Jagan Mohan Reddy to the CBI special court.

As Jagan was coming here, security was tightened at the premises of the court. In the quid pro quo deals, Jagan has been facing the allegations of being the prime accused. A petition was filed by Jagan Mohan Reddy in the special court, soughting exemption from appearing before the court personally due to his busy as well at hectic schedule as CM after becoming the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.

While exempting him from personally appearing at the court, Jagan Mohan Reddy has requested the special court that the co-accused will be appearing before the court on his behalf. There investigation was adjourned to January 17th by the special court. Former minister Dharmana, IAS Sri Lakshmi as well as retired IAS Samuel also appeared at today’s investigation along with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Vijayasai Reddy.

For disobeying the orders of the court in addition to a slightly weaker defense before the judiciary members, reports say the bail given to Jagan Mohan Reddy will get cancelled at anytime sooner. While this important capital thing going on and the opposition ready to pounce on the situation, Jagan is in fugue state at the moment.
