Tamil Superstar, Ilayathapathy Vijay is in trouble as crores of unaccounted cash and properties were found after the Income Tax department officials raided 38 premises belonged to Vijay.
On February 5, Income-Tax officials landed on the sets of his upcoming film Master in Neyveli to question actor Vijay over tax evasion. Income-Tax sleuths questioned actor Vijay for one and a half hours over tax evasion. In addition, they are conducting raids at his properties in Chennai.
They also conducted raids on the ‘Bigil’ Producer and the total amount of concealment in this case of suspected tax evasion was likely to cross Rs 300 crores, as the IT officials say. After raiding AGS Enterprises, the Income-Tax officials conducted raids at properties of actor Vijay in Chennai and financier Anbu Cheziyan at where they pulled out those 68 crores tax-evasion money.
During the raid at AGS, actor Vijay’s salary for Bigil has come into the debate after which the actor was questioned. From the reports, Vijay said that he took 30 crores for Bigil, which is an unbelievable number considering the craze of this Tamil Superstar.
